Goal 1: Reflecting sustainability in the university’s objectives
Goal 2: Permanently embedding sustainability in the university’s organization, such as by establishing the position of Sustainability Manager
Goal 3: Incorporating collective and individual commitment to sustainable practices into strategic goals and operational processes, for example through a sustainable procurement guideline
Goal 4: Promoting sustainability awareness among everyone at the university

Sustainability in guiding principles and mission

As part of the implementation of our sustainability strategy, we have set ourselves a new mission statement: We live and teach sustainability and are committed to society and the environment.

In addition, we have made sustainable business practices part of our mission.

Sustainability starts with people – therefore, a key success factor for us is to involve and engage all colleagues. By embedding sustainability in our university mission and organization, and by proactively involving all staff members, we succeed in thinking and acting sustainably as a unified university.
