You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the start of the degree programme. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal , you must notify us (at SRH Fernhochschule GmbH, Kirchstraße 26, 88499 Riedlingen, Germany, tel.: +49 7371 9315-0, fax: +49 7371 9315-115, Email: info@srh-dlu.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may also use the withdrawal form template, but this is not mandatory. 

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

Irrespective of the statutory right of withdrawal, SRH Fernhochschule voluntarily grants an additional trial period. Details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Study (D.1. Right of withdrawal and additional trial period.)
