In our UX & Service Design (M.A.) degree programme, you will learn to combine innovation, technology, management, and customer experience to design the user’s overall inter- action with digital and analogue systems. You will have the opportunity to set individual focus areas through the projects you design and apply your newly acquired knowledge in a practical context.

As potential managers, you will use your expertise in both UX and service design to organise and control design processes. Service design promotes a holistic view of processes within companies and how they contribute to the overall customer experience.
